Where we deliver
We offer delivery to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes. A street address within our delivery area is required.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. There is one standard shipping method.
Handling time
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The order cutoff is 07:00 PM at a fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time) throughout the year; it does not change for daylight saving time. On business days, an order placed before the cutoff counts that day as the first processing day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit and total delivery estimate
Transit time is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Combined with handling, the estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, calculated using the processing start rules above. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
