The store

Products and prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Product pages describe materials, external dimensions, colors, included components, and care. Plants and styling accessories are not included. Colors can appear different across screens and lighting conditions. Review your selected product and color before placing an order.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the stated charge to your selected payment method. You must be authorized to use that payment method. The checkout total identifies the items, shipping, tax, and total payable before submission.
Orders and acceptance
Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing information. Any acknowledgement of receipt records that a request has been received; acceptance and fulfillment information will be communicated when an order is accepted for fulfillment. If a payment or order cannot be completed, contact us for assistance. These terms do not restrict any mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
Shipping
Delivery is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC, at street addresses. Standard shipping is free. Handling takes 1–2 business days and estimated transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for the fixed GMT−06:00 cutoff, working-day rules, exclusions, and estimates.
Returns and refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Different condition considerations apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The Return & Refund Policy explains authorization, return costs, and refunds.
Use and intellectual property
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Store text, original visual design, and brand assets may not be reproduced without authorization or another lawful basis.
